Our Process

Step 1

On-site Consultation

After contacting us here at Sydney Poolscapes we will arrange an on-site no obligation consultation where you’ll work with our expert project manager on your personalised project needs including; shell model and finish, pool location, access and landscaping (such as paving and fencing) in order for us to create and conceptualise your dream backyard poolscape. Following the consultation our project manager will draw up a quote and plans which will be emailed through to you without delay.

Step 2

Planning and Approvals

Once the quote is accepted our team will draw up the contracts specific to the details involved with your project. Our project manager will take you through the contract step by step, upon agreement both parties will sign the contracts and the construction plans and specifications can be drafted. Once the contracts are signed and plans drafted, Sydney Poolscapes will seek all the appropriate regulatory authority approvals so the contracted work can begin.

Step 3

Excavation and Installation

Upon receiving all the necessary approvals, the building process may begin. Our experienced Sydney Poolscapes construction team will arrive and prepare the site for the excavation and installation of your new fibreglass pool. Once the site is excavated our team will erect temporary fencing to secure the site in preparation for installation. Upon delivery, your shell is lifted and adjusted into position.

Step 4

Poolscape Construction

Now that the fibreglass shell is positioned in the excavated hole, our team will check all levels paying great attention to detail so that backfilling can commence. As the backfilling is taking place we will start to fill your pool with water in preparation for the concrete pour. Once the pool is filled and backfill complete, we will let the pool set for a few days and then complete the concrete, the landscaping can begin – that is tiling, paving and pool equipment installation.

Step 5

Final Clean and Handover

With the construction process completed our specialist team will perform the appropriate chemical adjustments to your pool ensuring the water quality is of a suitable standard for use. Once all contracted works are complete then Sydney Poolscapes will hand the pool over to you. The handover process includes a personalised one-on-one expert information training session on how to maintain and operate every aspect of your new fibreglass pool.
